Are you crazy about ramen? SLC locals and visitors alike need look no further than JINYA Ramen Bar to satisfy their cravings for authentic Japanese dining with a contemporary twist. JINYA is known for its slow-cooked approach to the traditional Japanese ramen dish, simmering their broths for 20 hours in-house in preparation for each day’s demand. With their delicious menu and sleek interiors, JINYA offers a lively dining experience for all ages.

Ramen
The one that started it all! JINYA offers an expansive menu of traditionally-inspired ramen dishes with a contemporary twist. They offer an array of different proteins, noodles, and broths, including vegan and vegetarian options.
The original JINYA 2010 Tonkotsu Original is shown below. They have since expanded their menu to include 13+ varieties. The menu is completed with an array of add-ons that diners can customize with to create their perfect ramen dish.

Mini Tacos

Bowls & Curry
JINYA’s bowls and curry dishes offer an array of traditional ramen components minus the traditional noodles and broth. These are another great option for someone who is not in the mood for a traditional ramen dish.

Specials
JINYA offers seasonal specialties, usually including main dishes, small plates, and cocktails. The Summer 2024 specials are a Hiyashi (Cold Ramen), and two cocktails, the Watermelon Delight and the Cucumber Chiller.

The Ambiance
No matter which location you go to, JINYA Ramen Bar is sure to deliver on beautiful aesthetics and a lively experience. The dim lighting and close quarters make for an adventurous and intimate dining experience. Natural wood table furnishings are accompanied by greenery installations to help guests feel closer to nature. Perhaps most exciting of all, the dining area is exposed to the kitchen, giving guests a direct window into the hustle and bustle of a restaurant operation. Waitstaff are always sure to shout a friendly greeting and farewell in Japanese, adding to the authenticity of the experience.
