Woodward Park City: The New Kid on the Block

With eight world class ski resorts within an hour from Salt Lake City, there are no shortages of opportunities to ski Utah’s world famous snow. But what makes Woodward any different? Woodward Park City is Powdr Corporation’s newest action sports facility located just west of Park City. With the goal to, “Empower the next generation of action sports athletes” Woodward has built something truly unique to strike the balance between fun and athlete development. In addition, the large variety of activities including skiing, tubing, mountain biking, skating, and more, means there are endless opportunities to have fun. Not to mention their amazing food and drink choices to keep you refreshed and ready to enjoy the amenities.

Of course we can’t talk about Woodward without mentioning the state of the art terrain. Woodward isn’t your typical ski resort, and you can see that when you take a look at their mountain. With olympic grade trampolines, skatepark, pump track, foam pits, and a digital media lab, Woodward gives anyone the ability to develop their skills and have an amazing time while doing so.

With a variety of options including memberships, and 90 minute sessions, the Hub is designed to fit any athlete’s schedule. Being open 365 days a year, The Hub is the go to spot for all action sports athletes, and families looking to have a great time.

What would a trip to your favorite resort be without some good food and drink. Luckily, Woodward offers a wide variety of delicious options that can suit any needs. From their famous Ahi Fish Tacos, to local craft beer, the whole family can stay energized as they enjoy Woodwards wide array of activities.

First we have the Hive, Woodwards premier cafeteria style dining. If you’re looking for a great burger, or a fresh pizza, this is the place to go. With over 15 entree items, and countless small bites, the Hive will get you refueled. In addition, you can grab a Beer as you checkout to complete your meal.

Next, If you head upstairs you’ll find yourself at the Grind. Featuring a full service coffee bar, snacks, and a wide variety of beer and alcohol choices, this is the perfect place to grab your breakfast or enjoy a locally brewed beer for lunch. With views over the Hub and the Mountain, the Grind is a great spot to watch your friends or family.
