Carson Kitchen restaurant is open for their popular gourmet lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday. Their brunch menu is available on Sundays.

Dining Menu
You can’t go wrong with Carson Kitchen’s lunch and dinner menu, however, there are some stand-out dishes that we recommend. The gourmet menu prioritizes quality ingredients over large portions, which guarantees that you will be getting the best of the best.
First, you have to try the pork belly from the social plates section. It comes with a few pieces which are perfect for sharing, covered in a wonderful spiced butter sauce. The pork belly is tender and cooked to perfection, essentially melting in your mouth.
Another must have from the menu is the black rice and oxtail risotto. The creamy parmesan taste will blow you away. It is a delicious gourmet dish on its own, however, it is perfect for pairing with any of their meat options.

When it comes to Sunday Brunch, this restaurant knocks it out of the park. Even their avocado toast is special! The brunch menu is really concise, but it is packed with amazing options that you’ll love. If you’re in the mood for a hearty comfort meal, go for the chicken and waffles. If you want a gourmet twist on a Southern classic, order the shrimp and grits. Make sure you also add the macaroni and cheese waffle to the menu, because it is incredible! This place is special, because there are few really great gourmet restaurants open on Sundays in SLC. Carson Kitchen serves brunch from 11 AM – 4 PM, so you can treat your meal like a late lunch or early dinner!
